CANCELLATION POLICY. Once you have confirmed date availability, you must pay a deposit to hold your reservation. This deposit guarantees your space during the dates you chose. The hotel’s cancellation policy is marked by article 43, point 2 of the Tourist Legislation of Hotel Establishments of the Principality of Asturias, which states: If cancellation is notified between fifteen and seven days before the reservation, the establishment may retain 50% of the deposit. If cancellation is notified within seven days before the reservation, Hotel La Figar will retain the entire deposit. If cancellation is notified more than fifteen days before the reservation, a €10 administration fee will be charged and the rest of the deposit will be returned in full. If the reservation is cancelled during the stay, the reservation will be charged in full.
