At Hotel Rural La Figar, we believe that breakfast is not just a meal, but an essential part of the experience. That is why we have created our La Figar Artisan Breakfast, a homemade, complete breakfast carefully prepared down to the smallest detail.
Each morning, we prepare it in our kitchen using fresh, high-quality ingredients. What our guests value most is that it changes every day, becoming a small surprise to start the day.
Gluten-free breakfast adapted for people with celiac disease
Our La Figar Artisan Breakfast can also be adapted for people with celiac disease.
We prepare our gluten-free pastries in our own kitchen, with the same care, attention, and quality, so you can enjoy breakfast with complete peace of mind without giving up the experience.
Juices, fruits, homemade yogurt

Breakfast begins with freshly squeezed apple and orange juice, accompanied by seasonal chopped fruit and our homemade yogurt with artisanal jams.
The savory selection

It adapts to what we prepare each morning in the kitchen. We offer options such as eggs from our own hens, Spanish potato omelette, ham and cheese omelette, or freshly made eggs.
You can also enjoy a ham toast with freshly grated tomato and extra virgin olive oil, savoury puff pastries with different fillings, a freshly made hot sandwich, or a selection of local cheeses accompanied by nuts.
The sweet selection

It includes two daily preparations made in our kitchen. Our offerings include artisan sponge cakes (chocolate, apple, coconut and lemon, pistachio with mascarpone, bitter orange, or almond), butter cookies, and aniseed doughnuts made from our grandmother’s recipe.
We also prepare frixuelos, picatostas (Spanish-style French toast), pumpkin pancakes, cream-filled brioche, and puff pastries filled with chocolate or custard.
To finish
Toast with butter and jam or with freshly grated tomato and extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by freshly brewed coffee or a selection of herbal teas.
A breakfast designed to be enjoyed without rush, made with care and affection, and which many of our guests remember as one of the best moments of their stay.
Breakfast is served at the table from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
